OUR STORY
WE ARE GETTING MARRIED
Summer of June 2012 is when this love story begins... Ashley and Adrian both resided in Albuquerque when Ashley and her family were moving and they needed a vehicle to haul big furniture. Ashley's late aunt, Rachelle, had been helping clean and pack stuff as she had the idea to call Adrian's cousin, Luke. Luke agreed to come help and just that weekend, Adrian had been hanging out with him. So when Luke was coming to help, he asked Adrian if he wanted to tag along to help as well. Little did Adrian and Ashley know, this would be the start of their forever.
When Adrian and Luke showed up to help Ashley and her family load up, they couldn't keep their eyes off of one another. Ashley was falling (literally) as they were loading furniture to which Adrian saw and made him love her a little more. It was a long day of moving, packing and unpacking. At the end of it all, everyone was tired and ready to split ways. They all made a plan to have a party which they all agreed to, knowing it would be a chance to see each other again.
The following day, they found each other on Facebook. Ashley added Adrian, he accepted and sent the first message. From here on, they were inseparable.
On June 2nd, 2012, Ashley and Adrian met up at the park near her apartment and there, they talked all through the night into the early morning. They had been in and out of relationships and were tired of not having anything serious. Close to giving up hope, they both wanted to put their foot down and have a meaningful relationship. They learned all this in their first date that night and immediately knew they wanted to be with each other. The night ended with a kiss, thus solidifying this very important date to them both.
Two weeks later, on June 24th, Adrian finally asked Ashley to officially be his girlfriend and she joyfully accepted!
12 years later, they are still very happy with each other and cannot imagine living life without each other.
On June 2nd, 2024, Adrian made a commitment and proposed to Ashley.
SHE SAID YES!
June 2nd, 2025 is the day Ashley will become Mrs. Adrian Chavez.
